Reserving a Puppy

Puppies can only be held with a deposit.  Paypal allows us to receive the deposit within minutes and insures that you will be able to reserve the puppy that you want to add to your family. Deposits are non-refundable. Be sure and tell us about yourself and the home that the puppy would be joining.  We want to make sure that the puppy finds the best fit possible!  We appreciate your time and know that together we can make the perfect match!

Health Guarantee

Our puppies come with a one year health guarantee.  If a genetic defect is found we will replace your puppy with another cavalier.  We are confident that our puppies are in great heatlh, just like their parents.  Our parent dogs are vet certified and are given the best medications and dog food available.  We take great pride in the care and love and attention our dogs receive.  

Shipping

We use American Airlines.  Our puppies are shipped on Wednesday and Friday.  Payment must clear prior to shipping.  As soon as we receive payment or deposit, we book your flight for you.  We forward you the booking information and all of the details for the flight.  Feel free to call us at anytime with questions.

If it is possible for you to pick your puppy up in person that is wonderful!!  We love to place the puppy directly into the hands of the new owner whenever possible.  Let us know if this option works for you!

Puppy Tips

Sometimes when a puppy goes to a new home, he gets a belly ache.  We suggest that you pick up Albon at your vet.  It is a sweet gel that comes in a tube and helps calm your puppy's tummy.  Your puppy will love to play with toys, will enjoy soft blankets, and enjoy a crate or puppy bed that is all his. They love to have their coat brushed and we suggest that you do this weekly.  Cavaliers are quick to become potty trained.  They are intelligent, loyal and eager to please!!!  We have had new puppy families tell us that it only took three days! When you get your puppy home take lots of time to cuddle and get to know each other.  This will insure the best possible transition for the puppy!  We are available by phone 24/7 for those who have taken their new  bundle home!!  We are always here to answer your questions and address your concerns.

Please call us when you pick your puppy up at the airport.  We want to make sure that he arrived safely.  We will be available at all times if you have questions or concerns about your new puppy. Please feel free to send us pics and keep posted about your new puppy.  We really enjoy reading emails and viewing pics from new puppy parents.  It is always fun to get an email with a picture of our puppy all grown up!

Puppy Shots

We have found that some people would like to know the shots that the puppy has had upfront.  Here is the info you will need to take to your vet. FIVE-weeks--Nemex 2 wormer  SIX weeks--Bordetella vaccine, 5 in 1 Galaxy vaccine, Nemex 2 wormer.  EIGHT weeks-- 5 in 1 Galaxy vaccine, Drontal Plus wormer tablet.  If you have any questions about these, please feel free to ask.  You may also contact our vet with questions.
