            The puppy PURCHASER has selected is warranted by SELLER to the original PURCHASER to be free of any life threatening diseases at the time of purchase and shall remain in effect for a period of one (1) year from the date of sale.  SELLER is not responsible for deaths or illness caused by hypoglycemia. For this warranty to be in effect, PURCHASER must, at PURCHASER’S expense, have puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian, of buyer’s choice, within 72 hours of purchase.  If PURCHASER’S veterinarian, after examination, finds a life-threatening or genetic disease, PURCHASER must immediately return puppy along all with supporting documentation, including but not limited to, lab results, etc and all registration papers on puppy to receive credit toward another puppy of the same quality & value.  If SELLER doesn’t have another puppy in stock, the SELLER will make available, at the next breeding, a puppy of equal value & quality to PURCHASER.

            It is further agreed that the puppy is of pet quality for the expressed purpose of a companion pet and there is no warranty expressed or implied as to the quality for showing or breeding.

            PURCHASER has read and understands this limited warranty and further acknowledges that there is no cash refund or reimbursement of any monies that buyer may incur as owner of this puppy, including all veterinarian fees. Stop Payment or return checks shall have a charge of $50.00 and any court costs incurred by seller to collect any monies owed by PURCHASER.  PURCHASER agrees that should Litigation be filed for enforcement of this CONTRACT TO SELL, said Litigation shall be filed only in the jurisdiction of Polk County in the State of Missouri, USA.
